Vasisthasana II, or Side Plank Pose, was another pose I had difficulty with for a long time.  One day it just clicked for me.  Now I love this pose!  It stretches the side and leg muscles, strengthens the arms, and requires balance.  When it clicks, it clicks.  As with any learning curve, eventually things begin to make sense.  This piece will serve as an example, that understanding is always just around the corner.
