Acrylic paint pens and ink on fine art paper.  Number 17 in the series, out of 25. 

Bakāsana, Kakasana, Crane or Crow Pose, is one of the more challenging poses in the sequence.  I can only do it on a really good day.  It requires skill, upper body strength, flexibility, focus and balance.  If you struggle with this pose like I do, this piece will remind you that with practice and tanancity, all things are possible.  Some days are off, and some days things just flow.  That is life.
