Kumbhakasana, or Plank Pose, is both challenging and simple.  Anyone can do it.  It does not require a vast knowledge of, or experience with yoga in order to hold this pose, and yet it does require strength and balance.  A starting point for more advanced variations.  This piece will remind you that we all must start somewhere, and challenges are usually only in the mind.
