Hanging Out

The 12th card in the major arcana is traditionally called, “The Hanged Man.” With a typical interpretation advising a “pause.” The man is hanging upside down, usually by choice. Still, it didn’t feel fitting or appropriate in 2020.

So this is “Hanging Out.” And I chose to depict a rainbow fish, chilling, hanging out. We may not be in quarantine entirely by own choice, but we can all make the best of it. This is a reminder that we are never truly “stuck.”
