Adho Mukha Vrksasana, or Handstand Pose, is by far one of the more challenging yoga poses.  Requiring balance, alignment, strength, and a little bit of bravery.  Like any inversion, it sends a rush of blood to the head.  Making way for new thoughts, and ideas.  This piece will help remind you that sometimes you just have to look at things from a different perspective, like upside down!
