Vajrasana, or Prayer Pose, is a seated position.  Stretching the tops of the thighs, and straightening the spine.  For many, the practice of yoga is not just a physical exercise, but a spiritual practice.  Yoga was originally created as a way for people to stretch their bodies before long meditations.  This piece is a reminder that all yoga is a meditative practice too.  Connecting all parts of the human experience: mind, body and spirit.
