This piece ends the series, because it is the foundation on which it was created.  We stretch our bodies in challenging yoga postures, in order to release the emotions we are holding onto.  Building physical and mental, strength and dexterity.  In the end, we reach a calmness in the mind and body.  A sense of peace.  The perfect bodily alignment for meditation.
